The story
Alex graduated in 2013 and has worked as a companion animal vet and clinical mentor ever since. Joining the Signature Programme in 2022 helped her move past perfectionism and self-doubt and sparked her passion for coaching, and she qualified as a coach in late 2024.
She loves helping veterinary professionals find their happy place in vetmed, whether that's confidence in theatre, communication as a team leader or exploring where their skills could take them. She lives in North Yorkshire with her husband, baby son and cocker spaniel.
