1:1 coaching with coaches who've been there
Completely bespoke coaching around your situation, at your pace, with a veterinary coach. Confidence in consults, boundaries that actually hold, or finally working out what you want next.
Olympic athletes have coaches. So do CEOs. So do we.
Coaching isn't something you're sent to when you're not doing well enough. It helps you reconnect with the capable person who chose this profession, and build a working life that fits who you are now.
What it is
- Questions that bring real clarity
- Practical next steps
- Tools for your nervous system, emotions and self-compassion
- A space to think without judgement
What it isn't
- Therapy (we're future-focused, though we love therapy too)
- Being told what to do
- Advice you didn't ask for
Coaching might be for you if you'd like to
- Set boundaries without the guilt
- Feel confident in clinical decisions and client conversations
- Stop dreading Monday
- Look after yourself as well as you look after your patients
- Make the career move you've been putting off
- Understand imposter moments differently
- Have a life outside work
- Back yourself and your choices

How to start
- 1
Fill in the short coaching form. Tell us a little about you and what you'd like to change or create.
- 2
We'll book a free, no-pressure discovery call, usually 15 to 30 minutes.
- 3
If we both say yes, we'll agree your package and book your first session. Sessions are 45 to 90 minutes, online, with support between sessions.
Nobody should pressure you into coaching, and we certainly won't.
Many practices fund 1:1 coaching for a team member. We can invoice your practice directly, and offer discounts for bulk bookings.
