Hormone-Friendly VetMed

Most of what we do at Vet Empowered focuses on the individual: giving you the tools to reconnect, regulate and thrive in a profession that doesn't always make that easy. But our values have always stretched further than that. We care deeply about changing the wider profession too, and one area we keep coming back to is this: we are human beings with biology, and that biology matters at work.
That's why we created Hormone-Friendly VetMed. It isn't a paid programme. It's advocacy work: a free resource hub covering everything from PMS and PMDD to perimenopause and menopause, including the menopause resources originally created by WellVet. These aren't fringe issues. They're everyday realities for a huge part of our workforce, and the profession deserves better than silence.
Every time you invest in Vet Empowered, whether that's the Signature Programme, a workshop for your team or coaching, you help keep this work going. So thank you, genuinely.
