Vision

A planning workbook for the year ahead.

The year behindThe year ahead
Cover of Vision, a Vet Empowered planning workbook: a grid of twelve squares with six tinted photos of Katie and Claire, a berry You are here square and five empty squares

Why we made it

Every year, we sit down with the Vet Empowered community for our Vision session. Pens out, candles lit, phones face down. And every year, people tell us how rare it is to give themselves proper time to think about what actually matters to them. So we've turned it into a workbook you can do whenever suits you.

What it is

A 27-page PDF workbook.

Not a course, a video or a live session. Download it, then print it or fill it in on a tablet, and work through it at your own pace. You get two versions: full colour for screens, and a printer-friendly one on white pages.

New year, not a new you

We do things a bit differently here. You don't need replacing. You might want to come back to yourself, and that's a very different thing. Your new year doesn't have to start in January, either. There's no year printed anywhere in it, so it works whenever you pick it up.

What's inside

01

Looking back

Space to pause and look at the year behind you with kindness, and take stock of where you are right now.

02

Looking forward

Time to tune in to what really matters to you and shape the year ahead on your own terms.

03

Making it real

Gentle ways to bring your vision into everyday life, with check-ins to come back to through the year.

How we roll

Curiosity over criticism. No one's marking this. Kindness always wins.

Who it's for

Anyone in the vetmed team: vets, nurses, practice managers, receptionists and support staff. And any human who's reached the end of a year wondering where it went.

Good to know

  • A PDF download for your personal use. Please don't copy or share it.
  • It isn't CPD and doesn't come with a certificate.
  • It supports reflection and everyday wellbeing. It isn't therapy, counselling or crisis support. If things feel really hard, please talk to your GP or Vetlife (0303 040 2551, 24/7).

The empty squares are yours to fill.
